The Medicine and Surgery Department’s Educational Services Centre is located inside the Modena Polyclinic campus in Via del Pozzo, 71 – 41100 Modena, alongside Via Emilia in the direction of Bologna.
The most convenient means of transport is the no. 7 trolleybus which runs every 10 minutes from the railway and bus stations, going through the centre and stopping in the traffic area of Piazza Garibaldi before passing the Polyclinic, with stops in front of the Polyclinic entrance and the outpatient clinics. From the train station, you can also take the underground that stops at the Polyclinic.
By car: if you’re arriving on the A1 motorway from the South, take the ‘Modena Sud’ exit and head towards Modena, passing through the towns of S. Donnino and S. Damaso; continue straight towards the city centre until you reach an obligatory right turn that leads to Via del Pozzo. If you’re coming from Bologna along Via Emilia, simply follow the signs for the ‘Policlinico’. If you’re coming from the North, take the ‘Modena Nord’ exit and then follow the ring road towards Bologna until you reach exit 4 (‘Policlinico’), then follow the signs.
If you’re arriving by plane, there is a bus service (Aerbus) that connects Bologna’s “Guglielmo Marconi” airport to the city of Modena: get off in Piazza Garibaldi and take trolleybus no. 7.
